At Atlas Pet Clinic, caring for pets is our passion.
Here, we treat pets like family. We understand how important your companion is to you — because they’re there for you through the thick and thin of life, with a wagging tail or a happy purr, and unconditional love. Our goal is to be your partner in taking care of your pet’s physical and mental wellbeing, so you can enjoy many happy years together. Come in and get to know us, and see why both you and your pet will love coming here!
OUR PARTNER FOR AFTER-HOURS, WEEKEND, AND HOLIDAY URGENT CARE FOR PETS
We partner with UrgentVet, an affordable alternative to the ER vet. They specialize in after-hours and weekend care for minor injury or illness in cats and dogs. We work with them to make sure your pet receives needed care even if we're closed. With their unique model, you can minimize wait time by saving your spot online on their website. They also accept walk-ins.

Maygan Oquendo, DVM
Dr. Cuevas was born and raised in Puerto Rico. Her passion for veterinary medicine developed from a very young age, caring for cherished companion animals, and wildlife birds throughout her childhood.
Dr. Cuevas is a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico, Medical Sciences Campus where she completed a bachelor’s degree in veterinary technology and a master’s in public health. Before her doctorate journey, Dr. Cuevas worked as a veterinary nurse at a Primate Research Facility for multiple years, caring for rhesus macaques. I was searching for a new vet when I moved to Clermont & tried one but didn’t get a good feeling & felt they were overcharging so I asked new neighbors & then found the App Next Door & saw many great reviews...boy I knew I was in the right place when I walked in the door....from the warm staff to the people in the front who were raving about this place....very very happy.

BEST VET I have ever been too! I have been going here for years and they have been there for my pup Reese and I when she had her seizure and when she had gotten sick just a few days ago. Animal care is always number 1 with them! I don't trust anyone else. I have been recommending them to everyone I know and they all have nothing but great things to say. They are getting very busy because they are so great! Well worth the wait. Also they follow up immediately the next day which is amazing!
